Moët Hennessy seeks a Brand Manager – Spirits in Sydney to lead marketing, trade activation and product launches for premium spirits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and implement the brand plan to achieve volume, revenue, market‑share and profitability targets while protecting and enhancing brand equity.
- Develop and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, trade activations and channel communications in partnership with Customer Marketing and Trade Marketing.
- Manage product launches end‑to‑end: develop launch packs, POSM, promotional packs and ensure timely provision of product information (price, availability, imagery) to sales and CSC teams.
- Define pricing recommendations for new and existing SKUs in conjunction with Sales and Finance; monitor portfolio pricing and channel volume allocations.
- Plan, approve and control A&P investments and project budgets (including contingency and PO governance); assess ROI and reallocate spend to optimise portfolio performance.
- Brief, manage and evaluate external agencies (media, digital, events, PR) and act as face of the brand in market communications.
- Monitor trade activation effectiveness via monthly reviews; assess performance against KPIs and produce post‑cycle recommendations.
- Prepare regular business reviews and reporting: channel depletions, quality group analysis, competitor intelligence, scan data and remedial actions with Supply Chain and Maison stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' marketing experience with demonstrable success in above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line activity execution.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business with marketing electives.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven understanding of luxury goods; prior experience in wine, spirits or premium FMCG is highly desirable.
- Exposure to commercial/sales environments and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of progressive marketing experience, including hands‑on execution of ATL and BTL campaigns. Experience in the luxury goods sector is preferred, with specific exposure to wine & spirits and working closely with commercial/sales teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (with marketing electives).
