Brand Manager at Moët Hennessy, Seoul. Lead luxury wine and spirits marketing strategy in North Asia with budget ownership and team leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate global brand strategy and Maisons guidelines into comprehensive local brand strategy, proposing product pipelines and long-term brand building programs in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Own master brand assets, define messaging, and develop creative local guidelines and playbooks to inform Customer Marketing Team and agency partnerships
  • Develop annual marketing plans with clear objectives and sound strategies for specific brands and trade channels across the market
  • Analyse market trends, consumer intelligence, and activation results to propose actionable growth plans and interpret sales forecasts in collaboration with local Sales Team
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics through field visits, consumer research, and qualitative trade feedback, driving value and growth across the North Asia Cluster
  • Oversee implementation of above-the-line (ATL) marketing activations, events, and product launches, developing comprehensive marketing materials and tools
  • Collaborate with local Customer Marketing team to define key channels and local objectives for each Maison, acting as Brand Guardian at consumer events and PR activations
  • Manage external agency relationships for program implementation and leverage digital platforms and key opinion leader relationships to amplify brand activations and secure media coverage
  • Own overall advertising and promotion budget (ATL and partially below-the-line), tracking spending against brand priorities, monitoring financial engagement on yearly and quarterly horizons, and leading agency partnerships
  • Potentially manage one Assistant Brand Manager, providing mentorship and supporting talent development within the Moët Hennessy organization
  • Navigate the Market/Maison/North Asia Cluster matrix effectively, applying a regional mindset and identifying synergies across cluster teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of marketing experience in luxury consumer goods and/or FMCG sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of consumer business objectives, competitive dynamics, and consumer behaviour
  • Proficiency with contemporary marketing technologies and tools, digital platforms, and project management methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills capable of managing stakeholders across global, regional, and local contexts
  • Fluency in Korean language and English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated appreciation for luxury and refined consumer experiences
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking with proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to balance bold vision with meticulous execution

Experience

Education

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
