Brand Manager at Moët Hennessy Korea – execute luxury wine & spirits marketing strategy within LVMH Group, manage budgets and drive North Asia growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global brand strategy and Maison guidelines into locally relevant brand strategy and product pipeline; develop creative local guidelines and playbooks
- Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans with clear objectives and strategies for specific brands and trade channels, analyzing market trends and activation results to inform growth initiatives
- Oversee implementation of above-the-line marketing activations, events, and product launches; develop marketing materials and manage external agencies as Brand Guardian
- Own advertising and promotion budget management, tracking spending against brand priorities and growth opportunities with yearly and quarterly financial oversight
- Monitor brand performance through field visits, consumer intelligence research, and trade feedback; interpret sales forecasts in collaboration with the local Sales Team
- Collaborate across departments, potentially managing an Assistant Brand Manager, and leverage team expertise while navigating the Market/Maison/North Asia Cluster matrix
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in luxury consumer goods or FMCG industries, with proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and product launches
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer business objectives, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to manage stakeholders across global, regional, and local markets
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking combined with analytical capabilities, strong digital proficiency, and project management skills
- Experience in managing budgets and monitoring financial indicators; capacity to set clear KPIs and assess ROI
- Detail-oriented with appreciation for luxury, highly motivated, and capable of managing multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines
