Moët Hennessy seeks a Brand Manager in Seoul, South Korea to lead local brand strategy, A&P execution and marketing activations for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate global Maison strategy and positioning into a coherent local brand strategy and multi‑year brand plans with clear objectives.
  • Own master brand assets, define messaging, develop local creative guidelines and playbooks to brief agencies and the Customer Marketing team.
  • Create and execute annual Brand Plans and marketing activations (ATL and selected BTL), including product launches and events.
  • Manage A&P budget ownership: set priorities, track spend, forecast financial engagement and measure ROI against KPIs.
  • Manage external agencies, activation and PR partners; act as Brand Guardian at consumer events and press/KOL activations.
  • Leverage digital platforms and press/KOL relationships to amplify campaigns and secure positive media coverage.
  • Analyse market trends, activation results and sales forecasts in collaboration with Sales to propose actionable growth plans.
  • Conduct field visits, gather consumer intelligence and qualitative trade feedback to monitor brand performance.
  • Collaborate across Market/Maison/North Asia Cluster matrix and mentor junior talent where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury consumer goods or FMCG, with proven brand management experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of executing marketing campaigns and product launches with measurable commercial impact.
  • Strong commercial acumen and expertise in brand planning, consumer behaviour analysis and competitive landscaping.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation skills and experience liaising with global, regional and local teams.
  • Fluent Korean and English (both essential); additional regional languages advantageous.
  • Proven budget management experience and ability to define KPIs and monitor ROI.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a matrix environment.

Experience
