Moët Hennessy seeks Brand Manager in São Paulo to lead Chandon's strategic brand development and marketing initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategies for Chandon with global and local teams to drive desirability and business results
- Implement annual brand plans including DNA positioning, portfolio development, communications, and brand activations
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns as integrated programs with defined KPIs, utilizing PR, events, digital, and merchandising expertise across multi-functional teams
- Coordinate with sales, trade marketing, finance, winery, and external suppliers to ensure business plan implementation and deliver results
- Manage portfolio through pricing recommendations, channel strategy, and promotional activities for each SKU to maximize profit and volume growth
- Lead innovation projects from ideation and business scoping through go-to-market execution
- Manage marketing budget allocation against brand missions and key growth drivers
- Conduct marketplace analysis to generate consumer and competitive insights and develop corresponding action plans
- Track results and conduct post-mortem analysis for continuous improvement
- Develop, motivate, and coach the team
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing
- Excellent command of Portuguese and English
- Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience
- Experience in brand building within the FMCG industry
- Strategic thinking and marketing execution capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with market data and financial acumen
- Highly creative with awareness of emerging trends
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across organizational levels
- Ownership mentality and strong project management organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with self-confidence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience, with brand building in the FMCG industry preferred. Experience in luxury goods and wines & spirits sectors is valuable and desirable.
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
