Moët Hennessy USA — Brand Manager, Rosés (New York). Lead U.S. brand strategy, activations and portfolio growth for rosés in a hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Steward the Rosés portfolio brand equity in the U.S., ensuring all initiatives reflect Maison DNA and long-term desirability.
  • Define and execute U.S. brand strategy in partnership with Rosé Maisons and Centers of Excellence, translating global direction into locally resonant campaigns and platforms.
  • Design and deliver flagship brand experiences, activations and moments that elevate lifestyle credentials and drive emotional consumer connection.
  • Lead day-to-day brand management to ensure consistency across consumer touchpoints, working closely with Operations, Field & Trade Marketing, Commercial and Creative teams.
  • Develop content and experience strategies with a cultural lens to increase relevance, engagement and awareness among priority consumers.
  • Own annual brand planning and KPIs, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand health and ROI.
  • Manage A&P budgets and track brand financial performance in collaboration with Finance to deliver profitable growth while protecting premium positioning.
  • Partner with agencies, distributors and third-party providers to ensure best-in-class execution and on-brand delivery.
  • Provide market and product training, maintain deep product knowledge and conduct industry immersion to inform storytelling and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree and/or commensurate experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within luxury consumer goods or the U.S. wines & spirits landscape.
  • Proven capability in brand strategy development and translating Maison/global direction into market activations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with P&L stewardship, depletions, ROI and budget management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders and to lead external agencies and partners.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with professional-level proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure brand performance.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. three-tier distribution system and trade-facing commercial dynamics.
  • Organized, process-driven, able to work autonomously, prioritize effectively and maintain high attention to detail.
