Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute consumer and shopper-driven brand plans that maximize brand equity, revenue, and profit for Hennessy Prestige Portfolio in the U.S. market
  • Create strategic briefs for creative agencies based on sales feedback, market trends, consumer and shopper insights, and brand identity to develop compelling consumer and trade marketing programs
  • Steward the execution of Hennessy Prestige brand programs in collaboration with Maison, Strategy, Business Planning, Consumer Engagement, and Commercial teams
  • Develop and implement commercial programs intended to drive desirability, distribution, and velocity, particularly within the on-premise channel
  • Manage complex campaign program timelines and deliverables across integrated agency teams (IAT), ensuring collaboration and seamless communication with external partners
  • Partner with Finance to define, track, and deliver Hennessy Prestige Portfolio brand profit goals and manage A&P deployment strategy
  • Maintain brand A&P in marketing allocation planning (MAP) and oversee phasing and pacing to ensure alignment with reporting targets throughout the year
  • Support the implementation of optimal allocation, pricing, mix, and channel strategies to maximize profit and volume growth
  • Conduct competitive analysis and framework development by analyzing category performance, identifying key consumer targets, innovation opportunities, and activation strategies
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to design elevated, luxury point-of-sale materials and brand assets that leverage consumer engagement opportunities at the moment of choice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA degree and/or equivalent professional experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience in luxury consumer goods, U.S. wines and spirits, or consumer packaged goods brand marketing
  • Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context
  • Experience developing and executing above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) programs including media, experiential, PR, drinks strategy, trade advocacy, sampling, and retail visibility
  • Proficiency managing complex agencies and third-party vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional key stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Strong analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision making

Experience
