Veuve Clicquot seeks an experienced Brand Manager in Munich, Germany to lead strategic marketing and drive brand growth in wines and spirits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead brand development and planning across all touchpoints (ATL and BTL) with systematic tracking and plan adjustments
- Direct strategic annual and three-year brand planning in accordance with brand, sales, and financial targets while maintaining alignment with global strategy
- Own communication and custodianship of brand strategies internally, influencing the commercial agenda in line with brand objectives
- Develop research programs in conjunction with Marketing Insight Manager as required
- Achieve assigned sales and profit contribution targets
- Establish objectives with On & Off-trade sales teams and jointly develop channel and key account plans
- Collaborate closely with Private Sales teams to promote and activate the brand
- Develop and evaluate trade-focused marketing programs with the Customer Marketing Team
- Lead development, implementation, and control of brand activations
- Partner with PR & Communication Team to define PR objectives, develop focused strategies, and establish KPIs
- Brief and collaborate with media agencies to develop and execute impactful media plans in alignment with maison and regional leadership
- Brief creative and production agencies, set budgets, oversee execution, and evaluate results
- Evolve and implement brand events that support brand platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans in collaboration with the Digital team
- Serve as key point of contact for maison Veuve Clicquot
- Manage A&P budget with optimal spending allocation and monthly reporting
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis of brand performance and key KPIs
- Collaborate with finance and controlling teams on forecasts and budget allocations
- Work closely with customer service and logistics teams
- Maintain regular presence in trade channels and monitor competitor activity across the marketing mix
Qualifications
- Degree-level education
- Minimum 4 years of strong brand management experience
- Fluent German and English language skills
- French language skills preferred
- Proven experience in the luxury industry or drinks/spirits sector
- Advanced business acumen and commercial thinking
- Structured and methodological approach to brand development

Skills
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of strong brand management experience, ideally with exposure to the luxury goods or drinks and spirits industries. The candidate should demonstrate a track record of developing and executing integrated brand strategies, managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable commercial results. Prior experience collaborating with agencies, media partners, and senior leadership within multinational corporations is essential.
Education
University degree or equivalent qualification required.
