Moët Hennessy seeks a Brand Manager (Chandon Wines) in Mumbai, India to lead brand strategy, activations, digital and P&L delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own preparation and delivery of the local brand plan in partnership with the Marketing Manager, aligning with maison and regional objectives.
- Develop and execute brand-led experiential events, ATL/BTL communication campaigns, activations, promotions and PR initiatives to deliver distinctive brand experiences.
- Build and manage PR and digital (social) plans in partnership with external agencies; generate locally relevant assets to maximise consumer perception and engagement.
- Conceptualise and implement scalable promotions across on-trade and off-trade channels (hotels, restaurants, MOTs, retail) including airport duty‑free activations and point-of-sale experiences.
- Manage Promo Pack and POSM lifecycle: specification, ordering, shipment deadlines and budget impact control.
- Monitor brand P&L; collaborate with sales to build revenue and contribution forecasts, deliver on financial objectives and optimise A&P spend.
- Review sales forecasting and coordinate with supply chain to resolve availability or supply issues impacting sales or activations.
- Measure activation effectiveness against pre‑defined ROI/KPIs; produce post‑cycle recommendations to refine future activity.
- Analyse brand performance and competitive landscape; prepare business reviews for regional/global management and maison representatives.
- Manage external trade contracts and listings; ensure point‑of‑sale visibility and merchandising standards are met.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Trade Marketing, Sales, Digital, Activation/Event, PR and POSM suppliers to brief, motivate and ensure smooth implementation of brand plan requirements.
- Lead or contribute to new product development projects, drafting business and marketing plans with stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Strategy, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years (typically 3–5 years) of relevant brand marketing experience; experience in wines, spirits or luxury FMCG preferred.
- Proven experience developing and executing ATL/BTL campaigns, trade promotions and experiential activations.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable P&L responsibility or contribution to financial targets.
- Excellent written and verbal English.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive brand marketing experience, preferably within wines & spirits, luxury FMCG or premium hospitality; demonstrable track record in ATL/BTL campaigns, trade activations and cross‑functional project delivery.
Education
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Strategy, Business or related discipline.
