Moët Hennessy seeks a Brand Manager (Hennessy) in Seoul to lead brand strategy and activations across Korea & Mongolia, managing A&P and agency partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global Maison strategy into localized brand plans for Korea and Mongolia, proposing product pipeline and long-term brand-building programmes.
- Own and adapt master creative assets; define local messaging, creative guidelines and briefing playbooks for customer marketing teams and agencies.
- Develop annual Brand Plans with clear objectives, channel strategies and measurable KPIs; interpret sales forecasts with Sales to support value-led growth.
- Plan, oversee and execute ATL marketing activations, product launches and events; develop marketing materials and activation toolkits.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, PR partners and KOLs; act as Brand Guardian at consumer events and press activations.
- Lead A&P planning and budget tracking (ownership of ATL and partial BTL spend; budget range c. €0.6–1.1M), setting priorities and monitoring financial engagement quarterly and yearly.
- Analyse market trends, activation results and consumer intelligence to generate actionable recommendations that drive growth.
- Collaborate across Market/Maison/North Asia Cluster matrix, seeking synergies across teams and markets; mentor junior talent where applicable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury consumer goods or FMCG, with demonstrated success in brand management and product launches.
- Proven experience managing A&P budgets and setting/monitoring KPIs and ROI.
- Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of consumer behaviour, competitive landscape and distribution dynamics (including trade-driven markets).
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills to liaise with global, regional and local teams and external partners.
- Fluency in Korean (local language) and English.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience in luxury consumer goods or FMCG, with a proven track record of launching campaigns and managing budgets (responsibility for A&P spend in the region, approx. €0.6–1.1M).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
