Moët Hennessy seeks a Brand Manager to shape and execute the Aperitifs portfolio strategy across Belgium and the Netherlands, translating global priorities into locally relevant brand plans and activations. The role manages cross-functional delivery, budgets and performance, and is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working mode.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual strategy and brand plans for the Aperitifs portfolio, aligned with global Maison priorities and local market dynamics.
- Build relationships with Maisons and regional teams to align on positioning, investment priorities, activation plans and performance.
- Define objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks for portfolio and brand initiatives.
- Conduct regular market, consumer and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends across Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Lead integrated 360-degree activations across PR, events, digital, social media, influencers, trade marketing, partnerships and experiential marketing.
- Oversee creative development and ensure executions follow brand guidelines while remaining relevant to local audiences.
- Coordinate agencies, suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders to deliver activations on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Ensure consistent brand image, tone of voice, messaging and consumer experience across touchpoints.
- Work with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, PR and Advocacy on effective planning and seamless execution.
- Align marketing priorities with commercial opportunities, distribution objectives and customer strategies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance on forecasting, product availability and budget management.
- Partner with regional and Maison marketing teams to share market insights, activation results, learnings and best practices.
- Support collaboration between Belgium and the Netherlands while adapting plans to each market's needs.
- Manage the Aperitifs portfolio marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation, financial discipline and strong return on investment.
- Prepare business reviews, forecasts and performance updates for management, regional teams and Maisons.
- Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends, category developments and changes in the hospitality landscape.
- Shape and implement local portfolio strategy across Belgium and the Netherlands, building brand relevance, visibility and sustainable growth.
- Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant plans and ensure execution across consumer and trade touchpoints.
- Strengthen the Aperitifs portfolio's positioning, develop consumption occasions, accelerate consumer recruitment and drive brand desirability in on-trade and off-trade.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing, ideally within FMCG, luxury, or Wines & Spirits.
- Experience managing cross-market or multichannel projects is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English; French and Dutch are a strong advantage.
