Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with global strategies and local market dynamics
- Build strong relationships with Maisons to ensure alignment on positioning, priorities, and communication
- Define objectives, KPIs, and performance tracking for all brand activities
- Conduct regular market analyses and identify growth opportunities across both markets
- Track brand and business performance, analyze results of key activations, and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Lead 360° activations including PR, events, digital, trade marketing, and partnerships
- Oversee creative development and ensure premium, on-brand execution across all initiatives
- Coordinate agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver impactful activations
- Ensure consistency of brand image and message across all channels
- Lead day-to-day coordination of brand activations with close follow-up and flawless execution
- Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans
- Support the commercial team with brand training and materials to strengthen market execution
- Partner with regional and Maison marketing teams to share best practices and performance updates
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring strong ROI and adherence to financial targets
- Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports for management and Maisons
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies as needed
- Manage one intern, providing guidance and mentorship in day-to-day activities and projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing, ideally within FMCG, luxury, or Wines & Spirits
- Proven experience in managing cross-market or multi-channel projects
- Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within an international environment
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing, ideally within FMCG, luxury, or Wines & Spirits sectors, with proven capability in managing cross-market or multi-channel projects.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
