Role & Responsibilities

  • Support brand and portfolio-relevant trade marketing activations in both on-trade and off-trade channels
  • Assist in the creation of internal presentations and marketing collateral
  • Contribute to the development and production of activation tools aligned with Sales and Brand requirements
  • Manage and report on marketing activities using sales-relevant software tools (Aspire)
  • Provide ad hoc support to Brand Management and Sales teams as needed
  • Oversee point-of-sale material (POSM) orders and deliverables
  • Maintain master data sheets and sales documentation
  • Support Brand Ambassador initiatives and campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners within the Strategic Marketing & Communications team

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline, or in a gap year
  • Prior practical experience in marketing through internships or similar roles
  • Proficiency with A&P (Advertising & Promotion) and POSM (Point-of-Sale Material) terminology and concepts
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; French is advantageous but not required
  • Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to derive actionable insights for marketing campaigns
  • Ability to prepare data-driven reports and present findings clearly

Experience
