Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Brand Manager in defining and deploying the brand's digital content and social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Produce and adapt creative assets (reels, carousels, photos, captions) and build monthly editorial calendars aligned with the brand’s visual and editorial direction.
- Assist in creative development: prepare moodboards, storyboards and coordinate photo/video shoots from brief to post-production.
- Develop marketing and educational tools for product launches (posters, leaflets, neckhangers, tasting mats) and coordinate their production for local markets.
- Manage day-to-day community activities: monitor comments, reposts, likes and direct messages; escalate and report as needed.
- Liaise with external creative agencies: write briefs, follow productions, manage feedback cycles and support validation of deliverables.
- Perform social listening, track KPIs and assist in monthly performance reporting with recommendations for optimization.
- Contribute to PR, events and brand experience activities by supporting content creation, media invitations and on-site activation.
- Create content that highlights the Maison’s RSE initiatives for social channels, website and newsletters.
Qualifications
- Bac+4 (four years post-secondary) in communication, marketing, digital media or an equivalent creative discipline.
- Previous experience or internship in communication, social media or creative agency environments.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility, up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and cultural codes (especially Gen Z-focused formats).
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills with proven ability to adapt tone of voice for brand captions.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while collaborating across international teams.

Experience
Entry-level: previous internships or 1+ placements in communication, social media or creative agencies are expected. Demonstrable hands-on experience creating social assets, coordinating shoots and supporting digital reporting is required.
Education
Bac+4 (four years post-secondary) in communication or an equivalent creative/marketing discipline.
