Moët Hennessy in Milan seeks a Brand Assistant Intern in Marketing — on-site internship supporting Brand Managers across Italy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Brand Managers across the Italian portfolio on the planning and execution of marketing and communications activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of trade marketing plans.
- Create and adapt promotional materials and sales presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support organisation of promotional events and activations.
- Review communication assets, CRM content and website copy for accuracy and brand alignment.
- Liaise with external suppliers and agencies (advertising, graphic, media, PR & communications) to manage deliverables.
- Raise purchase orders and track incoming shipments of marketing materials and bottles.
Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluency in English.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks.

Beginner level: no prior professional experience required. Previous internships, academic projects or practical coursework in marketing/communications are advantageous.
