The Brand Activation Specialist will plan and deliver bespoke brand experiences and trade marketing activations across key On Trade accounts, supporting brand visibility, consumer engagement and sales growth. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, agencies and account stakeholders, and is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend, validate and execute On Trade marketing activations to increase brand desirability and rate of sale.
- Build expertise in Moët Hennessy UK brands and activate key On Trade accounts with engaging brand experiences.
- Execute brand activation plans within key accounts to a high standard.
- Identify bespoke activation opportunities in the field with the Sales team, develop brand desirability and rate of sale, and validate recommendations with stakeholders.
- Lead activation projects, engaging agencies as needed, and deliver brand experiences and visibility in line with brand guidelines.
- Create and provide brand content for customer social media accounts to amplify activations.
- Follow up with accounts to ensure activation outcomes and conduct post-activation analysis.
- Implement and manage joint business planning with Sales in selected high-image, high-volume key accounts.
- Use marketing funds and Commercial Development expertise to create tailored activation plans that drive business growth and consumer engagement.
- Work with Sales to execute concepts in a luxurious manner and in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage defined budgets and consider commercial returns.
- Build a strong network with the On Trade Sales team.
- Engage venue staff with Moët Hennessy brands and educate them about activations.
- Work with Account Managers to use activations to improve commercial returns for key brands.
- Integrate trade marketing recommendations into negotiations to strengthen the value of the Moët Hennessy UK offer and win new business.
- Accurately complete internal reporting tools, including Salesforce and Yammer.
- Measure activation impact through post-activation analysis.
- Share learnings and results with Sales and Marketing teams to improve activation impact.
- Share best practice and monitor competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education.
- Experience in a Sales or Trade Marketing role.
- Knowledge of the On Trade.
- Strong understanding of Moët Hennessy UK brands and the luxury universe.
- Strong organisation, time-management and project-management skills.
- Knowledge of activation implementation and execution.
- Creativity and an ability to develop original ideas.
- Agency and supplier management experience.
- Good knowledge of champagne, spirits and wine.
- Ability to network and engage.
- Excellent communication, engagement and relationship-building skills.
