Moët & Chandon seeks a Back Office Administrator in Épernay, France to manage administrative, financial, and HR operations across brand homes within the LVMH group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end administrative purchasing workflows, including supplier account creation, purchase order processing, and invoice reconciliation for operating expenses, marketing initiatives, and capital expenditures
- Process and track market costs allocation, billing verification, and refacturation across subsidiary companies and agent networks
- Administer time tracking systems for back office and operational teams, coordinate with temporary staffing agencies regarding contracts and invoice validation
- Issue invoices, monitor payment status, manage reimbursements and debit/credit notes, and coordinate with the accounting department for data consistency
- Monitor compliance with LVMH financial and purchasing procedures, manage E-cards and P-cards, and maintain budget controls
- Produce key performance indicators, monthly dashboards, and analytical reports on brand home operations and cost analysis
- Document and improve administrative processes, provide cross-functional support to teams, and administer shared systems in coordination with finance and HR departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/3) in accounting, finance, or business management
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar administrative or back office role
- Intermediate proficiency in French and English
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with rigorous attention to accuracy and compliance
