Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to ideation, feasibility studies and the launch of new tools and features across sales preparation, sales execution and sales performance & monitoring for the B2B (distribution) perimeter.
- Draft clear functional and technical specifications to convert business needs into implementable requirements.
- Prepare test plans, execute tests and document results to ensure delivered features meet acceptance criteria.
- Analyse platform adoption and usage metrics (user counts, feature usage rates) to inform product priorities and measure impact.
- Maintain and update the project documentation repository and ensure traceability of decisions and deliverables.
- Work within an international, matrixed organisation and liaise with business stakeholders, commercial teams and IT delivery partners to support rollout and adoption.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a Master’s-level or engineering programme (preparing Bac+5) with prior completion of Bac+3; available for a 24‑month alternating (apprenticeship) contract beginning September 2026.
- First professional experience in a corporate environment (internship or similar).
- Fluent French and professional/technical English (English for technical documentation and collaboration required).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile and V‑model / cycle en V).
- Strong written communication and documentation skills; capacity to formalise and structure requirements.
- Autonomous, proactive, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities and a customer-service mindset.
