Moët Hennessy USA seeks Associate Manager for Brand Activation & Experiences in New York. Execute luxury brand events and drive market elevation. $92K–$115K + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute regional brand events and local activations in alignment with national brand guidelines and luxury standards
- Arrange all execution elements including venues, catering, entertainment, and logistics for brand activations and experiences
- Oversee third-party venue setup and day-of operations to ensure seamless activation delivery
- Confirm distributor product fulfillment and availability on activation days
- Report program outcomes, ROI, and learnings to the Brand Activation & Experiences Area Lead
- Provide local digital and social assets to accounts in partnership with internal digital teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Owners, Channel Leads, Trade Marketing, and Brand Teams
- Build and maintain relationships with Distributor Account Managers, Channel Leads, and Key Accounts
- Execute non-premise local events in partnership with Brand and Field Trade Marketing teams
- Support planning, logistics, and execution of Winemaker and Maison visits in the local area
- Present on-site during event execution to ensure operational excellence and address immediate needs
- Embody Maison values and act as brand ambassador to identify market enhancement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail
- Minimum 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries
- Demonstrated activation and/or event coordination experience
- Deep knowledge of Moët Hennessy portfolio, brand guidelines, and customer/consumer expectations
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; ability to lift up to 20 lbs

3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries; activation and/or event coordination experience required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 92,000 to USD 115,000 per annum.
