Moët Hennessy USA seeks an Associate Manager, Brand Activation & Experiences in Napa, CA — lead regional activations and premium brand events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute regional brand activations and local consumer events that adhere to brand standards and luxury guidelines.
- Manage all production elements for activations — venue booking, catering, entertainment, logistics, third‑party vendor supervision and day‑of execution.
- Serve as on‑site brand ambassador during events to ensure seamless operations, troubleshoot issues, and represent Moët Hennessy USA to customers and partners.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Account Owners, Channel Leads, Trade Marketing, Brand Teams, digital teams and distributor partners to align programming and provide local digital/social assets.
- Track and report activation outcomes and ROI to the Brand Activation & Experiences Area Lead; surface high‑priority market opportunities and learnings.
- Support planning and hospitality for Winemaker/Maison visits and cultivate relationships with Distributor Account Managers, Channel Leads and Key Accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing within wines & spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail, with demonstrable activation/event coordination experience.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel up to 30% and perform frequent local driving for account support.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform occasional evening or weekend work as required.
- Authorization to work in the United States for external applicants.

Experience
At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience in wines & spirits, CPG, or retail, including direct responsibility for activations or event coordination in a field or regional role.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

This position is based in Napa, California, USA, within easy reach of San Francisco.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 92,000 to USD 115,000 per annum.
