Moët Hennessy USA seeks Associate Manager for Brand Activation & Experiences in Los Angeles. Lead luxury wine and spirits events and experiential marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute elevated regional brand events and local activations aligned with luxury brand guidelines and Moët Hennessy standards
- Arrange and oversee all execution elements including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics for brand activations
- Supervise third-party vendor setup and day-of event execution to ensure seamless delivery
- Confirm distributor fulfillment of product inventory on activation days
- Present on-site during event execution to address operational needs and represent the Maison as an ambassador
- Report program outcomes, ROI metrics, and learnings to the Brand Activation & Experiences Area Lead
- Build and maintain relationships with distributor account managers, channel leads, market leads, and key accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams including account owners, channel leads, trade marketing, and brand teams
- Activate non-premise local events in partnership with brand teams and field trade marketing
- Support planning, logistics, and execution of winemaker and Maison visits in the local market
- Provide local digital and social assets to accounts for events in partnership with the digital team
- Identify market opportunities that enhance Moët Hennessy USA's presence and influence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail
- Demonstrated activation and/or event coordination experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 92,000 to USD 115,000 per annum.
