Moët Hennessy USA — Associate Brand Manager, Prestige (New York). Hybrid role supporting brand strategy, campaigns and activations for Hennessy Prestige.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of the brand’s consumer-centric marketing strategy and ensure alignment with the MHUSA 2030 Strategy and Maison objectives.
- Contribute to planning and deployment of marketing programs and activations across channels to support volume and profit targets; manage prioritization and tracking of A&P budget against objectives.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Maison teams and COE to create elevated POS materials, brand assets and luxury programming that drive consumer engagement at point of choice.
- Support development and delivery of major campaign (“Big Bet”) programming, including playbooks, commercial guidelines, agency briefings, execution oversight and post-program measurement.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Commercial, Strategy & Business Planning, Consumer Engagement, Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, HR, IT) and maintain strong agency/partner relationships to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Manage program timelines, maintain shared documentation and assets, and perform ad hoc analyses and tasks to respond to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of brand marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or the luxury sector; Wines & Spirits experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- High level of executional excellence with meticulous attention to luxury presentation and detail.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision making and KPI management.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of progressive brand marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or luxury; prior Wines & Spirits or on-trade experience is advantageous. Demonstrated track record managing multi-channel campaigns and collaborating with external agencies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
