Moët Hennessy USA seeks Associate Brand Manager for Moët & Chandon in New York to drive luxury champagne marketing strategy and consumer engagement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Moët & Chandon and Champagnes & Sparkling teams to align marketing programming and activations with MHUSA 2030 Strategy objectives
- Contribute to annual U.S. marketing priorities and support development of strategic brand initiatives and key programs
- Drive commercial execution of marketing programs and activations to ensure volume and profit targets receive appropriate support
- Assist with annual brand planning processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders across Strategy & Business Planning, Consumer Engagement, Field & Trade Marketing, and Consumer Insights teams
- Support management of brand's Advertising & Promotion deployment strategy to ensure budget prioritization and tracking against brand objectives
- Design and develop elevated luxury point-of-sale materials and brand assets in partnership with Trade Marketing and agency partners
- Lead program implementation and execution in partnership with Field & Trade Marketing, Commercial, and National Account teams
- Oversee management of programming KPIs in collaboration with Finance, Strategy & Business Planning, and Consumer Communications teams
- Maintain awareness of brand health and consumer insights through collaboration with Center of Excellence and Business Intelligence teams
- Build and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of brand assets and point-of-sale materials aligned with quarterly business milestones
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships across internal teams and with external agency partners
- Maintain flexible, adaptable mindset by evaluating and responding with agility to evolving business needs
Qualifications
- Strong business and financial acumen with proven budget management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Excellent time management, project management, and organizational abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with comfortable presentation delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and adapt to diverse work styles
- Skilled attention to detail in presentation development
- Working knowledge of the U.S. three-tier distribution system preferred

Minimum 3 years of brand marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or luxury environments; wines and spirits experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree; MBA degree or equivalent professional experience highly regarded.
