Associate Brand Manager at Moët Hennessy USA in New York. Lead luxury brand marketing and experiential programs for Krug & Ruinart. Hybrid role, $92K–$115K annually plus bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Krug & Ruinart and Champagnes & Sparkling teams to align programming and activations with MHUSA 2030 Strategy and corporate objectives
- Design and develop immersive brand experiences tailored for high-net-worth individuals and top-tier trade partners, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Maison craft and prestige
- Assist with annual brand planning in collaboration with Brand Manager, Strategy & Business Planning, Field & Trade Marketing, Commercial teams and Consumer Insights
- Drive annual U.S. marketing priorities and support 'big idea' development across key brand initiatives, cultural platforms such as contemporary art and gastronomy, and exclusive brand moments
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of bespoke brand hosting experiences—including VIP dinners, sommelier and chef partnerships, Maison visits, and high-end trade/consumer tastings
- Support deployment and tracking of A&P budget to ensure continuous optimization against strategic priorities
- Partner with Trade Marketing to design and deploy elevated luxury point-of-sale materials, bespoke ritual tools, and high-end merchandising assets for top-tier accounts
- Work alongside Field & Trade Marketing and Commercial teams to drive seamless program implementation, leveraging local luxury market opportunities while maintaining strict brand guidelines
- Partner with Finance, Strategy, and CC&I to establish, track, and evaluate key program KPIs and brand health metrics
- Build and maintain agile, collaborative working relationships across champagne portfolio, strategy, business planning, consumer engagement, field & trade marketing, commercial and finance teams
- Serve as operational liaison to Maison teams in France, ensuring U.S. market nuance is represented while executing global brand guidelines
- Lead day-to-day interactions with agency partners and premium third-party collaborators including celebrated chefs, luxury venues, and hospitality partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or MBA Degree with equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of progressive brand marketing or experiential management experience within luxury goods, fine wine & spirits, luxury hospitality or prestige lifestyle brands
- Proven track record in designing, planning and executing consumer engagement programs within the fine wine or luxury sector
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and budgets simultaneously with high precision and attention to detail
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Strong business and financial acumen with budget management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision making
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly skilled with PowerPoint and Excel; Photoshop a plus
- Understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system preferred
- Passion for and solid understanding of the fine wine landscape and luxury hospitality codes
