Associate Brand Manager at Moët Hennessy USA in New York—luxury champagne brand marketing role with $92K–$115K salary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Moët & Chandon, Champagnes & Sparkling teams, and key stakeholders to align programming and activations with MHUSA 2030 Strategy
  • Contribute to annual U.S. marketing priorities and support development of key brand programs and platforms
  • Drive commercial execution of marketing programs and activations to ensure volume and profit targets are supported
  • Assist with annual brand planning process in partnership with Senior Brand Manager, Strategy & Business Planning, Consumer Engagement, Field & Trade Marketing, Commercial, CC&I, and Consumer Insights teams
  • Support management of brand's A&P deployment strategy to ensure budget prioritization and tracking against brand objectives
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing team and BTL agency to design elevated luxury point-of-sale materials and brand assets
  • Partner with Field & Trade Marketing, Commercial, and National Account teams to lead program implementation and execution
  • Oversee management of programming KPIs in partnership with Finance, Strategy & Business Planning, and CC&I
  • Maintain awareness of brand health and consumer insights through collaboration with Center of Excellence and Business Intelligence teams
  • Build and manage project timelines to ensure brand assets, tools, and POSM are delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Manage relationships with third-party agency partners and stakeholders to ensure commitment to brand objectives
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA degree and/or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of brand marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or luxury environment
  • Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated budget management capability
  • Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; Adobe Photoshop proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to present to various audiences
  • Detail-oriented approach to building presentations
  • Understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system is advantageous

Experience
