Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Dom Perignon brand team, Champagne & Sparkling team, and key stakeholders to execute Dom Perignon's brand strategy and marketing objectives, supporting the delivery of volume and profit targets
  • Support and coordinate the development and articulation of Dom Perignon's brand programming, ensuring all brand activities deliver luxury experiences across desirable trade channels in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, and Customer Programming teams
  • Lead tracking and day-to-day management of the brand's Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget to ensure effective deployment and delivery within set budgetary parameters
  • Assist with the annual brand planning process in collaboration with Senior Brand Manager, Strategy & Business Planning, Digital Marketing & Communications, the Commercial organization, Private Client, and Centers of Excellence teams
  • Collaborate with Channel Programming & Trade Marketing to design and develop elevated luxury point-of-sale materials and brand assets that drive strategy and leverage consumer engagement opportunities
  • Work with Field & Trade Marketing and Commercial teams to drive seamless program implementation, leveraging local luxury market opportunities while maintaining strict brand guidelines and maintaining strong brand consistency
  • Partner with brand leadership on the management of programming key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance analytics
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships internally across the brand and Champagne & Sparkling team, and externally with agency partners (experiential, PR, media) and premium third-party collaborators including celebrated chefs, luxury venues, and hospitality partners
  • Manage relationships with Finance, Legal, Strategy & Business Planning, and Consumer Engagement teams to enable delivery of brand priorities and objectives
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability by continually evaluating and responding with agility to evolving business needs; perform additional functions and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or MBA degree and/or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3–5 years of progressive brand marketing or experiential management experience within luxury goods, fine wine & spirits, luxury hospitality, or prestige lifestyle brands
  • Passion for and solid understanding of the fine wine landscape and luxury hospitality codes
  • Strong sense of urgency and bias for action in driving business objectives
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and managing relationships with external VIPs
  • Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context
  • Project management experience with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision making
  • Understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system (a plus)
  • Willingness to problem-solve and seek solutions by connecting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a flexible, adaptable mindset

Experience
