Moët Hennessy seeks Assistant Finance Manager in Shanghai to optimize Route-to-Market investment efficiency and manage commercial payables. 5+ years required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee channel commercial payment processes and manage the full lifecycle of investment contracts, including template standardization, profitability analysis, and commitment tracking
- Analyze investment profitability and achievement rates across multiple dimensions; conduct in-depth RTM investment efficiency reviews to maximize ROI across diversified channels
- Lead regular business reviews with sales stakeholders, providing data-driven insights on spend effectiveness and tracking investment savings initiatives to quantify financial impact
- Manage and optimize RTM payment strategies by analyzing discrepancies between shipment and channel activation data
- Execute monthly closing activities for accruals and payable balance reviews, ensuring all contract and payment processes adhere to internal control policies and audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin Chinese
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in commercial finance with strong focus on trade investment management
- Background in FMCG or spirits and wine sector preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines during monthly and quarterly closing cycles
