Moët Hennessy seeks an Assistant Brand Manager (Wine Estates) in Hong Kong — temporary, hybrid role supporting brand planning, activations and A&P budget tracking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support local translation and implementation of global brand strategy and Maison guidelines, contributing to annual Brand Plans and long-term pipeline proposals.
- Assist in defining messaging, selecting creative assets and developing local creative guidelines/playbooks to brief Customer Marketing teams and agencies.
- Execute ATL marketing activations, events and product launches; produce marketing materials and ensure operational delivery of consumer touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and PR partners, acting as Brand Guardian at consumer events and representing the Maison with professionalism.
- Track and support A&P budget management and reporting (execution and monitoring within a budget responsibility up to €0.6M), prioritising spend against brand objectives.
- Leverage digital platforms and cultivate press and KOL relationships to amplify activations and secure editorial coverage.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across Market/Maison/North Asia cluster to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with global directives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of cumulative experience in marketing, brand or related functions; experience within luxury goods or FMCG preferred.
- Demonstrable understanding of brand management, commercial objectives, consumer behaviour and competitive dynamics.
- Proven competence in campaign and activation support, agency coordination and event execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in a local language is expected where applicable.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines; strong professional ethos and team orientation.
- Basic financial acumen with experience or ability to assist in budget monitoring, KPI setting and ROI assessment for activations.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand or activation roles, ideally within luxury consumer goods or FMCG, including hands‑on support for campaigns, activations or retail/trade programmes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Island, Honduras.
