Moët Hennessy apprenticeship: Assistant Brand Manager for Belvedere brand, Paris 7th. 12-month program starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development of brand strategy through consumer insights, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend monitoring
  • Assist Global Senior Brand Managers in driving new product innovations from creative briefing through launch, including key visuals and toolkit development
  • Develop and implement point-of-sale, value-added promotional, and gifting offerings in collaboration with the NPD team
  • Participate in the creation of below-the-line marketing tools to maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement, including retail visibility programs and merchandising solutions
  • Create 360-degree launch programs for key markets and maintain liaison with the commercial team to ensure flawless execution and KPI tracking
  • Prepare and contribute to major marketing events including RMM, Energy Summit, and Brand Board meetings
  • Develop and present global launch dossiers and ad-hoc communications materials
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, public affairs) and external agencies
  • Serve as a dynamic and passionate brand ambassador, reinforcing Belvedere's reputation internally and externally
  • Manage budgets and oversee purchase order creation using Eazybuy software

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school with focus on sales and marketing or MBA equivalent
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • French language knowledge (recommended)
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to deliver quickly and manage projects effectively
  • Demonstrated capacity to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and prioritize competing demands
