Moët Hennessy seeks Assistant Brand Manager in Hong Kong to support wine estates brand strategy and marketing activations. Full-time hybrid role reporting to Senior Brand Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in translating global brand strategy, positioning, and Maisons guidelines to local market context, ensuring alignment with regional objectives
  • Support development of annual marketing plans and brand strategies through market research, data analysis, and trend evaluation to drive growth
  • Contribute to defining brand messaging, selecting creative assets, and developing local guidelines and playbooks for Customer Marketing teams and agencies
  • Support implementation of above-the-line (ATL) marketing activations, events, and product launches, ensuring comprehensive execution across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with local Customer Marketing teams to fulfil Maisons-specific objectives and provide execution support and creative assets
  • Manage relationships with external agencies for program implementation and serve as brand guardian at consumer events and PR activations
  • Support A&P budget management and tracking (ATL and partial BTL), monitoring financial engagement against brand priorities and growth opportunities on yearly and quarterly horizons
  • Leverage digital platforms and cultivate relationships with key press and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand activations and secure media coverage
  • Contribute to project management of advertising and promotion initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Collaborate actively across departments and matrix teams (Market/Maison/North Asia Cluster) while embodying company values

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of accumulated working or internship experience in marketing fields, preferably in luxury consumer goods and FMCG
  • Demonstrated experience supporting marketing campaigns, activations, or working in retail or trade environments
  • Foundational understanding of consumer business objectives, competitive landscape, consumer behaviour, and marketing tools and technologies
  • Fluency in the local language (Chinese/Cantonese) and English; proficiency in additional languages highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking capabilities with basic digital proficiency
  • Detail-oriented approach with appreciation for luxury and craftsmanship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Basic understanding of budget management and financial monitoring
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in dynamic environments
