Moët Hennessy seeks Assistant Brand Manager for Champagne portfolio in Sydney, Australia. Hybrid, full-time role managing brand strategies for Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of annual Brand Plans and activation calendars in line with Maison strategy and local market priorities
  • Coordinate the delivery of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, partnerships, events and trade channels
  • Lead briefing, development and rollout of point-of-sale materials, value-added packs and brand assets
  • Act as brand guardian to ensure all executions reflect premium standards and brand equity
  • Manage agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand outcomes
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Sales to deliver best-in-class trade and consumer activations
  • Support key customer initiatives, partnerships and events to enhance brand visibility and desirability
  • Participate in trade visits and market activities to gather insights and inform strategic recommendations
  • Manage A&P budgets including purchase order creation, tracking, reconciliation and compliance
  • Monitor spend versus budget and proactively identify risks or efficiencies
  • Build understanding of brand P&L drivers and contribute to ROI measurement on marketing investments
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit requirements and vendor management standards
  • Analyse sales, market share and campaign performance to identify opportunities and risks
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and Maison partners
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform future planning and optimization
  • Support forecasting and collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure appropriate stock levels and availability
  • Manage POS and promotional material inventory and recommend optimizations
  • Assist with product lifecycle and clearance management to maintain portfolio health
  • Work closely with Brand, Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Partner with Maison stakeholders to deliver local priorities
  • Represent the brands at events, tastings and functions as appropriate

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years' experience in marketing, brand management or FMCG/luxury environments
  • Strong project management capability with consistent, high-standard execution
  • Commercial mindset with demonstrated analytical and numerical proficiency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate insights into clear and actionable recommendations
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred

Experience
