Moët Hennessy Area Sales Executive position in Mumbai, India – drive on-trade and off-trade sales growth for luxury wines and spirits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage secondary sales targets and NSI generation for assigned brands within the Mumbai region
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales and marketing business plans aligned with company objectives
- Drive on-trade business growth with emphasis on market share expansion and volume optimization
- Conduct regular outlet audits to track market share movements and competitive positioning
- Execute brand-building initiatives and creative activations to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement
- Manage FTT and ANP budgets for assigned brands at the state level
- Oversee contract management and quarterly regional analysis
- Ensure periodic product training for trade partners' staff to enhance productivity and brand knowledge
- Maintain organizational standards across quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, pricing, and merchandising at retail outlets
- Manage new product launches and ensure width of distribution across registered brands
- Execute marketing plans in compliance with company policies, guidelines, and allocated resources
- Demonstrate discipline in people management and adherence to working norms and practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial sales experience with specific Key Account management background
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Indian liquor consumption trends, consumer habits, and preferences
- Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure favorable commercial terms
- Experience in on-trade and off-trade channel management
- Knowledge of brand building and retail management practices
