Moët Hennessy apprentice, eProcurement & Risk Management in Paris, 7th arrondissement. Digital procurement transformation role with SAP and Power BI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize and deploy digital procurement tools and functionalities, including preferred supplier management, tail spend management, and electronic catalogue implementation
- Implement and support SAP CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) module for rigorous supplier contract management and monitoring
- Facilitate procurement coverage improvements through specialized modules including SAP Guided Sourcing for structured requests for proposals, SAP Tactical Bidding for dynamic auctions, and SAP eForms for digitalized purchase requests
- Provide internal user support and training on new procurement tools, gather feedback, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Coordinate supplier audit operations including scheduling, result analysis, corrective action plan monitoring, and audit billing tracking
- Maintain and update audit dashboards and key performance indicators through Power BI to ensure optimal visibility
- Archive and systematically record audit reports on Microsoft Teams collaborative platform for traceability and information accessibility
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for procurement teams, providing clear and precise responses regarding audit processes and results
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in specialized procurement school, general engineering school, business school, or university with specialization in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Information Systems
- Strong analytical capacity to understand and process complex data and support decision-making
- Aptitude for IT tools and project management, with Power BI proficiency as a significant asset
- Knowledge of eProcurement tools such as SAP Ariba or Coupa is a plus
- Fluent English (written and oral) is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral across diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with organizational precision and systematic work approach
- Dynamic and proactive mindset with initiative-taking and solution-focused orientation
- Open-minded, curious, adaptable, and receptive to new ideas and working methodologies
