Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases across the Commercial Operations Platform (CRM, marketing tools, PIM, BI).
- Elicit requirements from project owners, architects and business managers and translate them into technical opportunities and testable hypotheses.
- Design and build proofs of concept (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) using available AI tooling (MAiA, Claude Code, Gemini, etc.).
- Develop scripts, automate workflows and prototype integrations with the existing stack (GCP, Retool, PowerBI, Algolia, REST APIs).
- Document technical approaches and learnings; produce reproducible deliverables and share outcomes with cross‑functional teams.
- Support adoption and acculturation: train teams on AI tools and best practices and advocate for sustainable IA frameworks and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completing a Bac+5 programme (engineering school or master's) in computer science, data, digital transformation or an equivalent field.
- Hands-on curiosity for AI and LLMs; prior experimentation with LLMs, APIs or developer tools is required.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Capacity to structure, document and synthesise findings from POCs into actionable recommendations.

Entry-level; ideal candidate has prior hands-on experimentation with LLMs, APIs or small-scale prototypes but does not need full-time professional engineering experience.
