Moët Hennessy USA seeks Analyst, Master Transactional Data in New York. Manage supply chain datasets, drive data governance, and ensure data quality in this hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and own master transactional supply chain datasets, ensuring consistent mapping of external datasets with internal systems
- Monitor data freshness, accuracy, completeness, and validity across supply chain operations, collaborating with IT and Data teams to resolve quality issues
- Serve as primary point of contact for MHUSA data governance team, championing data governance initiatives within the supply chain function
- Ensure all supply chain data integration efforts are aligned from an enterprise perspective to build a unified 'one source of truth' data lake
- Partner with IT and Data teams to document supply chain datasets and build best practices for data management across business units
- Provide backup support for master data processes including SKU data maintenance, distributor SKU mapping, report creation, catalog maintenance, and pricing operations
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Data Science, or related analytical role, preferably within luxury goods or wine and spirits sector
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management concepts
- Expert-level competency in Excel and business intelligence tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders
- Strong systems and process knowledge with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently, set priorities, and adapt to evolving requirements
Skills
Experience
3+ years of demand planning or data science experience, preferably in a luxury environment or wine and spirits industry. Strong understanding of supply chain operations and data systems, with the ability to balance competing stakeholder priorities in an innovative, agile environment.
Education
Undergraduate or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field preferred.
