Moët & Chandon, Epernay: Administrative Manager for Brand Home operations. Full-time, on-site role managing procurement, guest services, and back-office compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Administer the full procurement workflow for brand home operating expenses, marketing expenses, capital investments, and additional costs—from supplier onboarding through invoice reconciliation
- Manage and oversee guest-related expenditure tracking, hospitality billing, and marketplace fees with oversight of the Guest Reservations team
- Monitor interim staffing arrangements, verify temporary personnel contracts, validate hours, process invoices, and coordinate with HR services to ensure compliance
- Process ticketing transactions across on-site, web-based, and deferred payment channels; generate invoices, manage receivables, coordinate refunds, and reconcile accounting discrepancies
- Establish and maintain monthly KPI dashboards, statistical analyses, and performance reporting for revenue-generating activities and guest operations
- Ensure strict application of MHCS financial and procurement processes across internal teams, external suppliers, and partners
- Oversee SharePoint list administration, access management, and data security protocols
- Validate front-office accounting entries, reconcile variances, and coordinate correction protocols with accounting teams
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Back Office Director and serve as change management facilitator during process or system transitions
- Conduct training for temporary staff and front-office teams on administrative procedures and shared systems
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in accounting, financial management, or business administration (Bac+2/3 level minimum)
- Minimum three years of experience in a comparable administrative, operations, or financial management role
- Demonstrated proficiency with procurement systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced capability with multiple IT platforms and demonstrated technical adaptability
- Strong analytical mindset with capacity for data interpretation and process improvement
- Fluent French; intermediate English proficiency required

Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in administrative management, financial operations, or equivalent back-office functions within a hospitality, luxury goods, or corporate environment. Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary workflows and maintaining compliance with organizational governance standards.
Education
Tertiary qualification in accounting, financial management, or business administration (Bac+2/3 or equivalent). Professional certifications in procurement, accounting practices, or LVMH operational standards are advantageous.
