Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete procurement workflow for operational expenses, market events, capital expenditure, and extras—from supplier creation through invoice processing
  • Handle invoicing and reinvoicing for ticketing, market events, and commercial invoices with coordination between front, back, and accounting departments
  • Ensure compliance with MHCS financial and procurement processes across all internal teams, suppliers, and external service providers
  • Monitor and process guest market expenses including travel arrangements, supplier account creation, and budget tracking across group subsidiaries and agents
  • Administer temporary staffing operations through interim agencies, including contract verification, hour tracking, invoice control, and purchase order generation
  • Generate monthly statistics, KPIs, and dashboards; prepare recurring and ad-hoc reporting on revenue and guest activities
  • Oversee administrative coordination, process improvement initiatives, staff training on administrative procedures and shared tools, and budget utilization analysis
  • Maintain SharePoint lists, manage system access, and administer common tools with appropriate security protocols
  • Reconcile front-end tool entries with accounting records; identify and coordinate corrections of posting discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management (BAC+2/3 or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in a comparable administrative or back-office role
  • Fluent in French; intermediate proficiency in English
  • Strong proficiency with office software and varied digital tools
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
