Moët & Chandon seeks an Administrative Assistant apprentice in Épernay specialising in regulatory compliance and supply chain administration for 1–2 years beginning September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to tracking of regulated product movements (musts, wines, bottles, capsules, rings, liqueurs) including verification of accompanying documents and reconciliation of regulatory systems with SAP and internal tools
- Support management of regulatory inventory stocks (capsules, bottles, rings) in compliance with Champagne appellation regulations
- Participate in monthly declarative management including customs declarations (DRM), CIVC declarations, and INAO reporting; collect, verify, and ensure data coherence across systems
- Discover and participate in vintage-specific regulatory activities as applicable
- Provide ad-hoc support to internal teams (Production, Oenology, Finance) on regulatory affairs matters
- Execute comprehensive audit and reconciliation of Individual Reserve inventory, documenting management rules, mapping workflows, identifying variances, and establishing enhanced monitoring dashboards and audit controls
- Contribute to billing of AOC supply purchases during harvest and inventory release periods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+1 or Bac+2) or equivalent, such as a GEA BTS, management BTS, or general technology diploma (BUT)
- Technical competency with business software, particularly Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
- Demonstrable interest in complex regulatory and data-driven environments
- Ability to understand operational workflows, processes, and compliance rules

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a willingness to develop specialized expertise in regulatory affairs and compliance.
Education
Bac+1, Bac+2, BTS GEA (Management and Administration), general technology diploma (BUT), or equivalent qualification.
