Moët Hennessy in Singapore seeks an Admin Executive (12-month contract) to support the Regional President and APAC HR with travel, expenses and event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Concur expense claims and Concur Travel bookings for the Regional President and APAC HR team, ensuring compliance with finance cut-off dates and visa arrangements where required.
- Set up and maintain vendor records; liaise with suppliers to resolve invoicing and payment queries and ensure timely processing.
- Track, reconcile and report monthly administrative, HR and facilities expenses; monitor departmental budgets and prepare concise financial summaries using Excel.
- Coordinate calendars, meeting invites and logistics for APAC events, leadership summits and executive meetings; prepare presentation materials and support rehearsals.
- Support APAC HR operations: maintain HR calendar, coordinate the monthly HR newsletter (content, editing and Canva design), update organisation charts on SharePoint, and manage HR/office event logistics.
- Assist the APAC Business Development Director and other stakeholders with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects, maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum three years’ proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally supporting senior executives within a multinational corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid skills across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Practical experience with Concur (expense and travel), travel-booking platforms, SharePoint and Canva.
- Exceptional organisational capability, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the discretion to handle sensitive information.

Minimum three years’ experience in an administrative support capacity, with demonstrated exposure to executive support, expense management, travel coordination and vendor liaison within a multinational or corporate environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
