Moët Hennessy | Activation Design Manager, Travel Retail APAC – Singapore | Lead luxury retail activations and visual merchandising across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of temporary activations, point-of-material displays, and promotional installations for Travel Retail spaces across APAC
- Oversee product planogram strategy, aligning visual merchandising with key campaigns and tactical activations
- Coordinate closely with marketing, retail marketing, design, merchandising, and retail operations teams to ensure alignment on activation strategies and objectives
- Manage detailed activation plans and timelines, ensuring seamless implementation of designs across multiple store locations
- Supervise agency partners on design development and adaptation, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Analyze activation impact on customer engagement and sales performance, generating design insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- Deliver regular performance reports to senior management detailing activation results, project status, and strategic learnings
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Design, Visual Merchandising, or Graphic Design
- Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in relevant fields, ideally with demonstrated expertise in the luxury and retail sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong creative sensibility with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in industrial design, visual merchandising, graphic design, or related retail-focused disciplines, with a strong understanding of the luxury goods and travel retail sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
