Moët Hennessy seeks an Accounting Apprentice in Levallois-Perret, France. Two-year apprenticeship beginning September 2026 in Finance & Accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable management across the full invoice lifecycle from reception through settlement
- Record and post invoices into dedicated systems and ensure compliance and data integrity of all invoicing records
- Monitor electronic invoicing flows and their integration into the SAP accounting system
- Manage disputes and anomalies in coordination with internal teams and external partners
- Track expense submissions and perform analytical review of expense records
- Participate in monthly closing activities and account reconciliation processes
- Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes and their formal documentation
- Support digitalization initiatives including electronic invoicing and workflow automation projects
- Propose improvements to tools, methods, and operational procedures
- Monitor and validate accounting data integrity and reliability
- Track key financial indicators via Excel and perform ad-hoc analyses and coherence controls
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accounting or finance degree program
- Comfortable with digital tools and digital environments
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous data management
- Good analytical mindset and ability to understand complex workflows
- Demonstrated self-direction, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
