Moët Hennessy France — Accounting & Data Analysis Apprentice in Levallois-Perret (Ile-de-France). 2-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes from invoice reception through to payment, including dispute resolution and stakeholder escalation.
  • Post and account for supplier and customer invoices in the ERP and ensure reliable, reconciled billing data.
  • Assist the deployment of the national electronic invoicing reform and ensure seamless transmission and automatic integration of e-invoices into SAP.
  • Contribute to the definition, documentation and formalisation of procedures, modes opératoires and controls for new invoice flows.
  • Monitor flows and integrations between platforms (e.g., Reetool → SAP), ensure data coherence and maintain dedicated tracking tools.
  • Prepare and analyse data extracts (Excel) to track KPIs — revenue, downpayments and accounting flows — and support financial consistency checks.
  • Participate in general accounting activities (provisions, contract management and integration into SAP) and support month/close tasks and process improvements.
  • Propose improvements, automation opportunities and pragmatic uses of AI within accounting processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme in accounting, finance or management (e.g., DSCG or equivalent).
  • First training or experience in accounting (clients, suppliers or general accounting).
  • Good command of Excel (intermediate to advanced); familiarity with SAP or other ERPs is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in data, process automation and digital tools including AI.
  • High level of accuracy, analytical rigour and reliability in data handling.
  • Autonomous, proactive and able to work transversally with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

Entry-level/apprenticeship: candidate should be a current student in a Master-level accounting/finance programme with first academic or practical exposure to accounting activities.
