Moët Hennessy seeks Account Sales Supervisor in Taipei, Taiwan. Lead sales performance, outlet management, and team mentoring within luxury wines and spirits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets whilst identifying suitable outlets to expand distribution of core and strategic brands
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned outlets, consolidating market trends and client feedback for consumer activation improvement
- Execute territory store segmentation planning and maintain aligned call plans with accurate, updated sales supporter databases
- Ensure maximum facings and display of strategic brands whilst implementing trade activations and brand visibility according to segmentation and assortment planning
- Collect and analyse consumer insights from trade partners, monitor competitor activities including pricing and placement, and provide recommendations
- Execute consumer activations at outlet level, collect feedback from both consumer and customer sides, and work closely with customer marketing team to improve activation effectiveness
- Mentor and develop junior team members whilst participating in assigned channel and cross-functional projects
- Maintain health trade stock levels, understand sell-in and sell-out results with inventory control, and ensure outlet-level business situation remains optimal
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Management
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in multinational companies, preferably in FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of large brand business within FMCG and luxury industries
- Familiarity with local alcohol-related regulations
- WSET Level 2 certification in Spirits and Wine
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in multinational companies, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or luxury sectors. Demonstrated success in territory management, outlet relationship building, and achievement of sales targets within competitive markets is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Management or a related discipline.
