Role & Responsibilities
- Execute territory sales action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Expand and manage distribution by gaining suitable outlets and ensuring the company’s core and strategic brands are listed and correctly assortmented.
- Plan and implement store segmentation and call plans to optimise brand placement, facings and trade stock health at outlet level.
- Drive consumer activations and trade events at outlet level, collect feedback and work with customer marketing to improve activation effectiveness and FTT efficiencies.
- Monitor market intelligence and competitors’ activities (pricing, placement) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ensure merchandising and POSM guidelines are implemented to maximise brand visibility and correct in‑store positioning.
- Mentor and develop junior team members and participate in assigned channel or cross‑functional projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years (typically 5–7 years) of sales experience in multinational organisations, ideally within FMCG and/or luxury industries.
- Professional certification: WSET Level 2 (Spirit and Wine) preferred or equivalent product knowledge.
- Familiarity with local alcohol regulations and channel compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in English.
Skills
Experience
5–7 years of progressive sales experience in multinational companies, with demonstrated success in territory/account management, route‑to‑market execution and mentoring junior staff. Prior exposure to FMCG or luxury beverages and on‑trade/off‑trade channel management is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Management.
