Moët Hennessy seeks an Account Sales Supervisor in Taipei, Taiwan — lead territory sales, trade activation and distribution for luxury wines & spirits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute territory sales action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets, including price management and assortment execution.
  • Expand and optimise distribution by gaining and developing suitable outlets, aligning offers to store segmentation and assortment planning.
  • Drive sell-out performance and maintain healthy trade inventory at outlet level through inventory control and trade relationships.
  • Plan and implement merchandising, POSM placement and in-store displays to maximise brand visibility and facings according to guidelines.
  • Deliver consumer activations at outlet level, collect feedback, and collaborate with customer marketing to measure and improve activation effectiveness and FTT.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity (pricing, placement) and consolidate customer insights to inform commercial recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate sales-supporter databases and territory call plans; analyse sell-in/sell-out data to support commercial decisions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members and participate in channel or cross-functional projects to increase organisational visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; Business Management preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in multinational companies; 5–7 years preferred, ideally within FMCG or luxury sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience in distribution expansion, assortment planning and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with local alcohol regulations and responsible product stewardship.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proactive, energetic and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Professional knowledge of wine and spirits equivalent to WSET Level 2.
