Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in partnership with the State Manager and expand distribution across all channels in line with agreed objectives
  • Differentiate Moët Hennessy brands through premium storytelling, market-leading insights, and deep product knowledge, serving as an eloquent brand ambassador
  • Deliver commercial objectives by positioning as a trusted partner to customers, providing tailored, insight-led solutions to meet evolving needs
  • Utilise Salesforce and QLIK to track performance, manage KPIs, maintain accurate reporting, and complete on-premise distribution surveys following each interaction
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions, providing timely feedback to the wider team
  • Develop and execute activation plans across key accounts; maintain high merchandising standards and maximize product visibility across physical and digital channels
  • Ensure full compliance with distribution agreements, company policies, and governance procedures; monitor customer financial health and drive timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Support market visits with senior leaders, marketing teams, and brand stakeholders; participate actively in sales meetings, sharing insights and best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company
  • Wine or spirits product knowledge
  • Strong understanding of on-premise, off-premise, and eRetail channels
  • Demonstrable planning, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and statistical capabilities
  • High standard of computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven sales track record with excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities
