Moët Hennessy — Brussels: Account Manager, Retail & Specialist role to develop mass retail and specialist channels across Belgium.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mass retail and specialist customers (retailers, wine merchants, fine wine partners) to achieve sales, distribution and profitability targets.
- Lead annual negotiations, define trade terms and plan promotional activities with assigned customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand Moët Hennessy’s presence across the Belgian market.
- Own field execution through regular account visits to secure brand visibility and flawless in‑store activation aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support national account management at store level and contribute to category performance improvements.
- Monitor sales performance and market dynamics, delivering timely insights and recommendations to the Benelux commercial team.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure seamless account execution and inventory availability.
- Act as a brand ambassador at tastings, activations and events to strengthen trade and consumer relationships and promote team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales or account management within FMCG, luxury or Wine & Spirits.
- Demonstrable understanding of the Belgian mass retail and specialist landscape.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analytical mindset with basic commercial financial literacy (margins, pricing, ROI) and familiarity with sales data.
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially driven with excellent communication abilities.
- Resident in the working area, preferably centrally located within the region.
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English (oral and written).
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of sales or account management experience, ideally with direct exposure to mass retail and specialist channels in Belgium or comparable markets within FMCG, luxury or Wine & Spirits.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, commerce or a related discipline preferred; professional experience in lieu of formal qualification will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Brussels, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium.
