Moët Hennessy Belgium seeks an Account Manager, Retail & Specialist in Brussels to grow retail and specialist channels across Belgium.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mass retail and specialist customers (independent retailers, wine merchants, fine wine partners), delivering sales growth, distribution expansion and margin objectives.
  • Lead annual negotiations, define trade terms and coordinate promotional planning across assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute in‑store visibility and activation programmes that reflect brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
  • Deliver regular field visits to build relationships, ensure flawless point‑of‑sale execution and convert merchandising into sales.
  • Support national account management at store level to optimise category performance and strengthen shelf presence.
  • Monitor sales performance and market dynamics, produce actionable insights and recommend tactical adjustments to the Benelux commercial team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure seamless account delivery and timely fulfilment.
  • Represent Moët Hennessy brands at tastings, trade events and activations, acting as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or account management within FMCG, luxury or Wine & Spirits; 3 years preferred.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Belgian mass retail and specialist (wine merchant) landscapes.
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience managing commercial agreements and trade promotions.
  • Analytical aptitude with a basic financial understanding of margins, pricing and ROI.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills; organised, proactive and commercially driven.
  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English.

Experience
