Moët Hennessy seeks Account Manager for Restaurants in Seoul to drive luxury wine & spirits sales across on-premise partners.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and expand distribution within assigned restaurant accounts
  • Identify and develop new restaurant openings to grow the brand distribution network
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all assigned restaurant partners
  • Execute brand activations and drive contract development within the on-premise channel
  • Coordinate purchasing orders and deliveries with the Customer Service team
  • Conduct regular outlet visits and manage customer support quality for key accounts
  • Maintain and continuously update the customer database with accurate account information
  • Evaluate outlet coverage, call frequencies, and propose necessary adjustments to management
  • Develop and propose promotion plans and venues aligned with budget parameters
  • Ensure efficient and effective execution of promotional activities at point-of-sale
  • Monitor product placement, display, and merchandising standards across all outlets
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering consultative selling guidance to restaurant partners
  • Maximize product facings and visibility of core Moët Hennessy brands
  • Monitor retail pricing trends and competitor activities within assigned territories
  • Track F&B industry trends and competitive contract developments
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers and Customer Marketing to optimize promotion effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in a complex, multicultural organizational environment
  • Proven experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Luxury sector
  • Demonstrated understanding of large brand portfolio management
  • Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with P&L management capability
  • In-depth knowledge of liquor consumption trends, consumer habits, and preferences
  • Ability to analyze financial data and conduct strategic planning
  • Team-oriented with proven ability to motivate colleagues and build consensus
  • Customer-focused and entrepreneurial approach to business development
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
  • Experience managing relationships across food & beverage and multiple restaurant departments
