Moët Hennessy Account Manager – Restaurants in Seoul. Drive sales growth in luxury wine and spirits across on-premise dining venues.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and objectives within assigned restaurant portfolio
  • Explore existing distribution and identify new restaurant openings to expand brand distribution network
  • Develop business in the restaurant channel through strategic contracts and brand activation campaigns
  • Maintain strong, consultative relationships with restaurant partners and ensure quality service delivery
  • Propose and execute promotion plans within budget, ensuring efficient and effective execution across outlets
  • Ensure maximum facings, display, and merchandising of Moët Hennessy's core brands at all restaurant locations
  • Monitor retail pricing and competitor activities including annual contracts, special events, and F&B industry trends
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer database and evaluate outlet coverage, call frequencies, and cycles
  • Act as brand ambassador for consultative selling and intensify brand visibility through impact-driven merchandising
  • Coordinate purchasing orders and deliveries with the Customer Service team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environments
  • Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Luxury Goods is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of large brand business operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of liquor consumption trends, consumer and shopper habits, and preferences
  • Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with ability in strategic planning, P&L management, and financial analysis
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while adhering strictly to deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work across F&B and all relevant restaurant department functions
